These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Brinlet (in the App Store and Google Play as Loquence until our next update), a product operated by Fampulse Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By using Brinlet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Brinlet provides speaking-practice tools, including topic prompts, recording workflows, transcripts, scoring, AI-assisted feedback, and progress tracking. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

2. Eligibility

Brinlet is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates security risk, or harms the service or other users.

4. Free use, subscriptions and purchases

The free plan includes a fixed number of practices with feedback and interview rounds. These are a one-time allowance: they do not renew.

Brinlet Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription, bought through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and it is managed or cancelled in your store account settings. Deleting your Brinlet account does not cancel it. Pro includes a monthly allowance of practices with feedback and example rewrites; unused allowance does not carry over to the next month.

Interview round packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. A pack's rounds must be used within the period shown at purchase, after which unused rounds expire. A round is used when its first answer is recorded.

Purchases are tied to the Brinlet account that made or restored them. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; a refunded purchase is removed from your account. Prices are shown in the app and the store before you buy.

5. Invite friends

Each account has an invite code to share. When a friend joins with your code and finishes their first practice, you each get 3 more practices. The extra practices are given after the friend's first scored practice, not when they install the app. Invites and codes are part of the Android app; the iPhone app doesn't take codes.

• You can get extra practices for up to 10 friends. Friends who join with your code after that still get theirs.
• A code can be used only by a new account, before its first practice or within 48 hours of signing up. Each account can use one code; the first code added is the one that counts. You can't use your own code.
• Bonus practices are used after your plan's own practices, on any plan. They have no cash value and can't be transferred. They stay with your account and are removed if the account is deleted.
• We may stop a code, or withhold rewards, where it is being misused, for example where many accounts are made to claim rewards. We may change or end the programme; practices already given stay.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Brinlet for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the service
• Access the service through unauthorized automated means
• Reverse engineer or misuse any part of the product or underlying systems
• Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use

7. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as recordings or feedback messages, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

By using Brinlet, you grant us a limited right to process, store, transmit, and analyze submitted content for the purpose of providing the service, improving reliability, and supporting product operations.

8. Intellectual property

The Brinlet service, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. No guarantee of outcomes

Brinlet is a practice and feedback product. We do not guarantee any specific speaking outcome, interview result, improvement level, or business result from use of the service.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Features may be changed, delayed, or unavailable from time to time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Brinlet.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed INR 500.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fampulse Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Brinlet after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law.
